Returns and Refunds Policy
At Kavarel, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase and the results obtained. If for any reason this is not the case, you may obtain a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:
1. “SATISFIED OR REFUNDED” GUARANTEE
We are confident in the effectiveness of our products and offer a special guarantee that allows you to try them risk-free. If you have used the product according to the instructions but did not achieve the promised results, you may request a full refund, even if the product has been opened or used. Simply contact us to explain the situation and begin the process.
2. RETURN POLICY (Right of Withdrawal)
If you have simply changed your mind and no longer wish to use the product before opening it, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be intact, in its original sealed packaging, and unopened.
⚠️ Important: For strict hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” regarding cosmetic or hygiene products that have been unsealed or opened (except under the Effectiveness Guarantee described in section 1).
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package. If the product arrives damaged or has a defect, please immediately take a photo of the product and packaging. Send us this photo by email; this will allow us to send you a new product free of charge and without delay.
4. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return request or activate the guarantee.
5. REFUND
Once your request has been approved (whether for a standard return or under the effectiveness guarantee), we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase. Bank processing times generally vary between 3 and 5 business days.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defects or Effectiveness Guarantee: Return shipping costs (if returning the product is required) are covered by us or will be reimbursed.
- Change of mind (Withdrawal): If you return an intact product because you changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
